The impact of purpose.

Purpose is everywhere in business today, and often misunderstood. To some, it's a chance to capitalize on the zeitgeist with a timely campaign, clever marketing, or tick box promises. Others confuse it with ESG, focusing only on mitigating risks or minimum requirements.

But purpose done well—whether the impetus for your organization’s existence, or an effort to embed it in an existing organization—is bigger than you or your company, and, magically, an opportunity for success.

The best businesses are driven from the inside-out, and a clear purpose, well-articulated, attracts talent, drives performance, and enables positive change.
